Children of the Promise

Family. We believe God purposefully designed the family unit, and it’s within the context of a loving family that a child grows and develops in a healthy manner. In Haiti, there are several things that seek to separate families: extreme poverty, disability and disease, lack of education, loss of caregivers, and more. By providing resources, education, and community support, we fight for family.

Our mission

Our mission at Children of the Promise is to provide excellent holistic care for at-risk children and families in Haiti, empowering the most vulnerable and disadvantaged. This mission is not accomplished alone. It takes a community of individuals and families in Haiti and around the world to make this possible. You can join the mission today by becoming a Child Sponsor, which helps us provide excellent care for children living on our On-Campus Foster Homes.

Sponsorship at COTP is a unique opportunity through which you’ll receive a personally written update and photo from the child’s house parent (caregiver) every other month. Furthermore, you will be able to pray specifically for the child as he or she journeys to a forever family. Your sponsorship plays a part in establishing that each child in our care has a community of individuals praying for and supporting them every day!
