Downtown Chicago Excursion
Take advantage of this opportunity to secure round-trip transportation from your hotel to Millennium Park in downtown Chicago (201 E Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60602) on Thursday, July 18. Avoid downtown Chicago parking fees, and expensive train or Uber rides (at least $75 round trip), and travel together with your sisters on one luxury bus.
The cost for this transportation is $50 round trip. The bus will depart from designated hotels beginning at 9:00 am, and arrive at Millennium Park at approximately 10 am. The bus will return to pick you up from Millennium Park at 4:00 pm and will get you back to your hotel at approximately 5:30 pm.
From Millennium Park you can explore Chicago on your own and walk to places like:
- Navy Pier
- Shedd Aquarium*
- Grant Park
- Magnificent Mile
- Chicago Art Museum*
- Chicago Architecture Boat Tour*

Meals are not provided but there are plenty of places to eat in Chicago.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
The Local Summit Committee will offer a shuttle for designated times.
Shuttle Cost: $10 per airport trip during designated times.
WEDNESDAY – The shuttle from Midway/O’Hare to the GEMS Hotel Blocks will run 6-8 PM CT.
THURSDAY- The shuttle from Midway/O’Hare to GEMS Hotel Blocks will run 1-4 PM CT.
SATURDAY – The shuttle to Midway/O’Hare will run from 1 – 4 PM CT.
The shuttle will also include rides between the hotel and church on Thursday PM, Friday AM, Friday PM, and Saturday AM.
