What is GEMS?
GEMS Girls’ Clubs is a Christ-centered discipleship ministry for girls in grades 1–8, created to serve churches and Christian leaders. For over 60 years, GEMS has partnered with local churches to provide trusted curriculum, training, and resources that help girls grow in faith and discover who they are in Christ.
GEMS comes alongside your ministry to help you create a safe, fun, and meaningful environment where girls build friendships, engage with Scripture, and learn to follow Jesus in everyday life. Through adaptable club gatherings, relational mentoring, and biblically grounded resources, girls find a place where they are known, valued, and loved.
Through curriculum, training, and ongoing support, GEMS equips leaders to confidently disciple girls in today’s complex cultural landscape—so your church can invest in the next generation with clarity, confidence, and hope.
Our Mission
GEMS is an acronym for Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior. Our vision is to see girls around the world actively and enthusiastically expressing love for God and others—girls equipped, motivated, and engaged in living out their faith. Our mission is to bring girls everywhere into a living, dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ.
To accomplish this mission, GEMS partners with churches to provide Christ-centered resources that help discipleship relationships flourish. Rooted in the biblical model of Titus 2, GEMS equips women to walk alongside girls as mentors and leaders, helping them grow in faith and learn to follow Jesus in everyday life through club ministry and relational discipleship.
