GEMS stands for Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior.
For nearly 70 years, GEMS has helped girls in grades 1–8 grow in a living, dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ. Through God’s Word, caring mentors, and meaningful friendships, girls discover who they are in Christ and learn to live out their God-given purpose. Whether you’re exploring a ministry for your church, Christian school, camp, or community organization, GEMS offers a flexible way to help girls grow in faith and belonging.

A Club That Fits Your Community
No two GEMS Clubs look exactly alike, and that’s by design.
GEMS provides a flexible framework so churches and Christian organizations can create a discipleship experience that works for their girls, Leaders, and schedules.
GEMS Club at a Glance:
- Who: Girls in grades 1–8
- When: Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or seasonally
- How long: Typically 1–4 hours per gathering
- Where: Churches, Christian schools, camps, after-school programs, and other Christian organizations
- Leadership: A Club coordinator and caring Christian women who mentor girls
