HOW IS SUMMIT 2024 DIFFERENT FROM OTHER YEARS AND WHAT’S THE SAME?
There are a lot of new options! The biggest difference is that this year, 2024, we will be in person in the Chicagoland area. Another difference is that after dinner on Friday night, we will enjoy a private concert by national recording artist, Josh Wilson. This year the Summit will begin on Thursday at 7 PM CT and end on Saturday at noon CT. There will also be a Downtown Chicago tour offered on Thursday for those who want to come in a day early and explore the city.
IS THIS THE NEW FORMAT FOR SUMMIT GOING FORWARD?
While many elements of the Sisterhood Summit remain the same from year to year, such as teachings, worship and gathering together in some format to share ideas and encourage one another, we like to also plan each year uniquely to fit the needs of whatever is happening that year. If 2020 taught us anything, it was to be flexible and embrace change.
WHAT IF I WANT TO WATCH SUMMIT 2024 WITH JUST MY TEAM?
All attendees must register as virtual attendees to access the event, even if watching together with others.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Registration will open online on February 1, 2024, and will only be available online through our website. The GEMS staff will process all personal information and payment details.
In Person Prices:
$149 USD Early Bird February 1 – March 14
$239 USD Regular March 15 – June 14
$279 USD Late June 15 – July 15*
*In-person registration closes on July 15 or earlier if sold out.
Virtual Prices:
$99 USD Early Bird February 1 – April 8
$119 USD Regular April 9 – June 14
$139 USD Late June 15 – July 18
Virtual Attendance Terms & Conditions: Due to the nature of an online event, registrations are non-refundable. Each individual who intends to participate must purchase a registration, even if you intend to gather in a group to watch together. One unique email address will be needed for each participant.
IF I’M ATTENDING IN PERSON, IS LODGING INCLUDED?
No, lodging is not included in the registration fee. We encourage you to check out the lodging section to find lodging recommendations and blocks of rooms in the Dyer, Indiana area. If you need a roommate, please check the Sisterhood Summit Facebook page and search for a possible roommate there.
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO/FROM THE AIRPORT OR HOTELS?
There will be a shuttle available for a limited time frame and as space allows. Please plan your travel times accordingly with the schedule below. Shuttle is available for $20 round trip.

If the shuttle times do not work for your flight time, we encourage you to use the Summit Facebook group as a means of communicating with other attendees to seek ride-sharing or information on other means of getting to the hotel and church.
CAN I MAIL IN MY REGISTRATION?

We are offering an Early Bird special for In-Person and Virtual attendees. Register early to save.
IS THERE A GROUP RATE? HOW CAN I REGISTER ALL OF MY LEADERS?
Every attendee must register with a unique email address.
I’M NOT CURRENTLY INVOLVED IN A GEMS PROGRAM, CAN I ATTEND?
Yes, the GEMS Sisterhood Summit is open to all current and past GEMS leaders and ANY woman who desires to be encouraged by a sisterhood of faith-filled women. If you want to learn more about walking alongside young girls, or worship with and be encouraged by other women of faith, the Sisterhood Summit is the place for you. We will have a GEMS Friend rate on the registration form.
WHEN DOES REGISTRATION END?
Registration for in-person is open until July 15 or earlier if sold out. Virtual registration closes on July 17.
DO WE HAVE TO PRE-SELECT OUR BREAKOUT SESSION CHOICES WHEN WE REGISTER ONLINE?
No, you do not need to pre-select Breakout Sessions. In-person attendees will receive information on all the sessions and can choose from there which ones to participate in. Virtual attendees will watch the main auditorium session during the live event.
CAN CITS ATTEND THE SISTERHOOD SUMMIT?
Yes, we welcome and encourage Counselors-In-Training (CITs) to attend.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Unfortunately, Summit registrations are not refundable. However, if you find yourself unable to attend this great event, the only option available is to give your ticket to another GEMS Leader in your group. All registrations are completely transferable. You must, however, contact hello@gemsgc.org to let us know of the ticket transfer.
HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE VIRTUAL SUMMIT?
During registration, you will register with an email address which will be the address we communicate details through. As we get closer to the event, you will receive emails from GEMS with links and instructions on how to view the event.
WILL WE RECEIVE A SUMMIT PROGRAM BOOK LIKE WE’VE RECEIVED IN THE PAST?
A print and digital Program Book will be available to each person who registers for the in-person Summit. This comprehensive book will contain loads of useful information. If you are attending virtually, you will be sent the digital Program Book to print the entire book or select which pages you’d like.
HOW CAN I BE SURE MY INTERNET SPEED IS FAST ENOUGH TO STREAM THE SISTERHOOD SUMMIT?
You will need a high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone device.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE LATEST AVAILABLE PRODUCTS?
There will be a GEMS Pop-Up store at the in-person event, but if you are part of the virtual audience, we encourage you to visit our online store at https://gemsgc.org/store/.
DO I HAVE TO TUNE IN AT THE TIMES POSTED?
If you are watching on your own, to get the most from your Summit experience, we recommend following the published schedule. We’ve designed the Summit to be interactive and engaging and our event hosts will be coming to you live throughout the event. Each session link will become active before the official start time to give everyone a chance to settle in. The scheduled times are in the Central Time Zone.
